Do tapeworms and similar intestinal worms invalidate ablution?

Any kind of blood, pus, discharge, or anything that exits from the front or back of the body invalidates ablution. Likewise, tapeworms and similar worms that exit from the anus also invalidate ablution, because they come out from an area considered impure. (Merghinani, al-Hidaya, 1/18)
