Does a garment become impure if it comes into contact with dried impurity (najasah)?

For the validity of prayer, the body, clothing, and the place of prayer must be clean. Therefore, if dried impurity is stuck to the garment or body, it must be removed as it prevents the validity of prayer. However, if the impurity only touches the garment without leaving any trace, it does not prevent the validity of prayer.
