Does impurity caused by a valid excuse on a person's clothes or body prevent them from performing prayer?

In Islam, obligations are determined according to the abilities of those who are responsible. The verse, “Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.” (al-Baqara, 2/286), clearly states this fundamental principle. Islam has introduced certain concessions to enable those with valid excuses to fulfill their acts of worship. In this context, substances such as blood, pus, urine, or discharge that come from the source of the excuse and soil the clothes of a person with a valid excuse do not prevent prayer as long as the excuse continues. However, if it is possible to prevent these impurities from soiling the clothes or body again by taking certain precautions, then the impurity must be cleaned.
