Does performing obligatory prayers during working hours violate the rights of others?

One aspect of freedom of religion and conscience is the right to worship. As a continuation of freedom of belief, a person who believes in a religion also has the right to fulfill the requirements of that religion. As long as this right is not abused, performing prayers does not constitute a violation of others' rights.
