Is a woman considered menstruating if she uses medication to delay her period but experiences intermittent spotting?

The use of medications that affect menstrual bleeding may not always provide a definite solution. Sometimes, these medications may not completely stop the bleeding. Therefore, any bleeding that occurs during the regular menstrual period, even while using such medications, is considered menstrual bleeding.
